After a brief health history is taken to learn where you carry your tension, you lie down on a cushioned reflexology table, only your shoes and socks off. While Stefanie spends an hour working on your feet, hands and outer ears, you may experience waves of relief taking you deeper into profound relaxation. Aches and strains melt away. Individual sessions are available in the safe environment of your own home.
