Stress is a killer. Stress reduction is profoundly important in our modern world. Most people think of stress as affecting muscles, as well as inner organs and glands of the body. However, few of us give any consideration to the horrible stress put on the cells of our body. It is the cells that produce the bodies’ chemicals. And it is the body’s chemicals that are the true healers of most of society’s health challenges. Students will identify numerous causes of stress in every-day life and briefly identify what can be done to prevent adverse stress.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS COURSE

Students will learnworking on their own feet, hand and ears, ways of reducing pain and stress for 16 of the most commonly affected places in the body, such as: jaw (TMJ), neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, sciatica, brain (headaches), sinuses, lungs, stomach, small intestines, large intestines (colon), uterus (PMS, cramps), prostate, urinary bladders, and more.
