Registration & Cancelation Policies

Class Registration

Your reservation of any given class is guaranteed when we have received your payment of the class fee in full.

Classes are filled according to the order in which payments are received.

Reviewing Classes

Because our classes are rich with information, many students choose to retake their favorite classes. Reviewing a class costs half the full current price (unless otherwise indicated). Reviewing is beneficial in helping you refine your understanding of concepts and improve your techniques. We allow a maximum of two reviewing students per class.

Bounced/Returned Checks

Checks that are returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or stopped payment will be subject to a $50 fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

It is the students responsibility to contact us by email if you must for any reasons cancel a class reservation. We request that you notify us as soon as you know you need to cancel.

Cancellations made for US Classes:

more than 30 days before class will receive a full refund.
8-30 days before class will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
within 7 days of class will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative/late cancellation fee.
with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend class you will forfeit the entire class fee.

Cancellations made for International Classes:

If we have to cancel the course, a full refund will be given. If you decide not to attend a course outside of the United States, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

For some local CE classes early bird registration discounts are offered. If applicable, these discounts and deadlines are listed with each class description.

If a class is canceled for any reason by the instructor or class organizer, you will receive a full refund for any amount you have paid or transfer it to another class.
