I was able to take Stefanie, Advanced Muscular Ear Reflexology workshop in Baltimore, Maryland,2025.  It was a marvelous workshop. Stefanie totally knows and understands the information inside and out. Her confidence, knowledge, energy, enthusiasm and passion allows her to be at ease teaching which allowed me to absorb the information easier. During the workshop, Stefanie had me hold the reflex points for 5-8 minutes, which is remarkable. I have taken Ear Reflexology workshops in the past, but Stefanie made me stay on the reflex for much longer than I was holding them, realizing that holding the points for 5-8 minutes is extremely beneficial and has profound results.
