Hand Reflexology is one of the most overlooked practices available. This hands-on MasterClass equips you with the exact techniques you need to add this powerful modality to your professional toolkit – with absolute confidence through extensive classroom practice.

So why is it that most reflexologists don’t use Hand Reflexology in their client sessions? Some of the reasons are because the hand reflexes aren't as "intuitive" as are the reflexes on the feet. While it's easy to visualize a human body superimposed over the feet, it is not as easy on the hands due to the more proximal location of the thumb and thenar eminence. In addition, most reflexologists are not confident in holding the hands in a way to make their techniques easy and effective.

In this MasterClass you will learn to navigate your way around the hand reflexes as readily as you navigate around the foot reflexes! You will gain confidence in hand anatomy, hand reflex locations, and become familiar with some of the increasingly more common hand pathologies such as Dupuytren's Contracture, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more.

Because the hands are more easily accessible for working on than our feet, Hand Reflexology can be done easily in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and  pretty much anywhere. In fact, most hospice residents seem to prefer Hand Reflexology.
